Troy StremlerCEO of Newdea

Troy oversees the overall strategy of the company, and is the visionary behind Newdea’s mission to lead and empower impact-based philanthropy. His goal is to create a standard in impact reporting for nonprofits and enable a new way of philanthropy for major donors. Troy is a recognized leader in the nonprofit sector and brings more than 20 years of intensive experience working with donors, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and government granting agencies on operational and governance issues. Prior to founding Newdea, Troy held diverse management and consultant roles to various businesses, most recently as the Founder and CEO of Mission Builders International. Troy’s successes allow him to be extensively engaged in corporate strategy and planning sessions with global leaders in government, wealth management and philanthropic organizations.

 

Dr. Kathy DudleyFounder of Imani Bridges

Dr. Kathy H. Dudley is Founder and President of Imani Bridges (IB), a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2004. Imani Bridges envisions God’s people connecting globally to leverage our spiritual gifts and resources to be agents of transformation in the world. Its mission is to equip, connect, and empower leaders. Imani Bridges provides a venue for fellowship, exchange of ideas, and serves as a catalyst to implement community by aiding in economic development.

 

Al Caperna – Chairman of CMC Group

Al is a nationally recognized business leader and the Chairman of CMC Group, an association of companies with over 300 employees that has been selling to retail and industrial customers in the U.S. and Internationally for over 30 years.  Al’s main goal is not just to be a success in business; it is “to embody the Christian life in business practices”. He credits his success to God, his employees, and faithful customers.

 

 

Dr. Angela Moore –

Angela Moore, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who practices medical, surgical,
and cosmetic dermatology at Arlington Center for Dermatology and Principal Investigator at Arlington Research
Center. She is President of the Dermatology Section of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and Past-
President of the Texas Dermatology Society. She and her husband Todd lead multiple annual evangelistic and
medical missions trips.

 

Keith Mclaren – Founder of Uba Cane

Keith McLaren is a Pastor, Farmer, and Entrepreneur / Businessman who has 30
years of extensive experience having raised up disciples, farm workers and
business workers in Zululand, South Africa

Keith’s passion is to see the eradication of poverty both through preaching the
gospel of grace as well as through the development of numerous kingdom based
easily replicable income-generating projects like Farming God’s Way, Bee
Keeping, Aquaponics, Poultry(Eggs/Broilers)and Bread Baking.  I

In 2015 Keith initiated the Business as Mission South African branch and has focused on bringing awareness through the churches in South Africa to its responsibilities of alleviating poverty , creating jobs, and reducing crime.

Michael McCausland – CEO of Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs

Michael McCausland is the Founder and CEO of the Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs (LIFE), a Colorado Springs, Colorado based organization providing support services for entrepreneurs from ideation to operations and scaling.

Prior to the formation of LIFE, Michael founded and ran McCausland Associates International (MAI) LLC, a consulting company focused on providing end-to-end solutions for strategy development and organizational alignment coupled with change management and culture transformation practices to over 50% of the operating nuclear plants in the US. His previous licensing by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to operate and manage commercial nuclear power plants gave him operational insights and practical application few other consultants had.  Michael also specialized in training design, development and delivery along with the incorporation of accelerated learning and advanced teaching techniques.

As a serial entrepreneur, Michael launched and ran a diverse range of for-profit companies and non-profit organizations.  His desire to help others lead to the launch of a non-profit organization that worked in over 150 countries training others in disaster preparedness and how to launch and grow businesses.  Michael’s love for learning led him to MIT and their Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp program where he became a Certified trainer. The MIT systematic approach to entrepreneurship provides the foundation for LIFE training curriculum. The LIFE whole product solution and ecosystem includes training and equipping, coaching and mentoring, community networking, and access to startup and growth funding.

 

Mike Mannina – VP of Strategic Partnerships at Thrive Farmers International and  President of  ThriveWorx Foundation

Mike currently serves as VP of Strategic Partnerships at Thrive Farmers
International and as President of the ThriveWorx Foundation, where he
manages strategy, business development, and economic development
efforts within the coffee value chain to break cycles of poverty in
agricultural communities around the world.

Before joining Thrive, Mannina served as the U.S. Treasury Financial Attaché to Saudi Arabia
(2012-2015), where he led the Treasury’s efforts to promote regional economic stability, to
grow and strengthen U.S. financial markets, and to disrupt illicit finance. Previously, he served
as an intelligence analyst at the U.S. Treasury Department’s headquarters in Washington, DC
(2009-2012) where he led analytic efforts on a variety of economic and national security
initiatives, was a regular contributor to the President’s Daily Brief (PDB), and served multiple
short-term tours in Afghanistan where he advised USG and Coalition Forces on strategies to
disrupt illicit financial networks and build Afghanistan’s nascent financial system.

Prior to joining Treasury, Mannina served in the White House as the special assistant to the
President’s Homeland Security Advisor (2008-2009) and as staff assistant to the President’s
legal counsel (2007-2008). He also worked as the speechwriter to the president of a prominent
think tank (2005-2007) and as an intern for Georgia Senator Johnny Isakson (2004-2005).

Mannina is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was awarded the University
of Georgia “40 Under 40” distinguished alumnus award in 2013. He holds a Master of Arts in
National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and graduated summa
cum lade from the University of Georgia in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He is an active member of his local church, is
married with three children, and is involved in international missions efforts in the 10.40
